Dodho Magazine partnered with GuruShots "The Worlds Greatest Photo Game" in a photo challenge contest titled "Tell a story" Over 100,000 photos were submitted and more than 45 million votes were cast!
At the moment, in my backpack I carry a Nikon D90 body, equipped with a Nikon MB-D90 Battery Grip and two batteries for long work days. I also carry the kit lens, an AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm f / 3.5-5.6G ED VR, and an AF-S DX Micro Nikkor 40mm f / 2.8G.

Surprisingly close to tourist heavy Red Fort in Old Delhi India, lies Moti Talkies, the oldest and only remaining Bhojpuri movie single-screen theatre in the nation’s capital. This is my personal project from my isolation series. I noticed on the first day of our countries quarantine, a surreal frenzy at the local supermarket for canned goods.
This project represents with respect the working men and women that make up the fabric of communities in South, Southeast Asia. The small business proprietors and trades people that are the heart and soul of the neighborhoods in these nations going about their daily lives.
This portfolio explores the brutal nature of Hong Kong architecture from a street level point of view. Last year Hong Kong captured headlines all over the world with protests primarily against a now suspended extradition bill that would allow Hong Kong to extradite accused criminals to mainland China.

This spring Foam presents the colourful works of Vivian Maier in the new exhibition Works in Color. Mostly known for her black and white photography, Vivian Maier is an icon in American street photography.
I first became interested in the city of Astoria, Oregon after reading an article in the Seattle Times whose title called Astoria “the city where gritty meets pretty.” The gist of the article was that Astoria revels in its history and goes to great lengths to preserve it, and that visitors are welcome to come and explore it.
As an ongoing body of work, the three series Grown, Syncope and Epiphany examine individual stages of human reflection, which are interlinked with one another.

In the area of Bhavnagar (region of Gujarat - India) I could go inside some factories where big iron plates (which arrived from the demolition of boats) were cut, melt and transformed in rods. Those rods are then used in reinforced concrete.
"BotaniKa: Climatic change” I claim an allegory about climate change and one of its main consequences, the desertification of ecosystems that threatens to destroy a large part of their biodiversity.

When I am afraid or feel that I am on edge, I leave for the world of fantasy. Closing my eyes, I seem to go out of my body and move as far away from myself as possible, to the place where I feel no pain or fear.

At the beginning of the quarantine in Mexico I felt terrified. I just had my birthday and we joked that it was the last party before the end of the world.
Photography has never been a statistical poll of sunsets. Each dusk belongs to an unrepeatable moment shaped by humidity, temperature, and the casual talk the photographer had that day. An algorithm can reproduce the exact pink of a Santorini sky, but it cannot anticipate the sudden laugh of the couple walking behind, nor can it decide to wait for that fleeting instant to weave them into the frame.
I named the base of the flower on what it reminds me of. This series also took me out of my comfort zone, and push the limits when it came down to photography.
