The all blue photos are inspired by the colour blue of the the aether, represented by a Stupa in the Buddhist cemetery of Koyasan, Japan. The top of it is blue : the invisible ocean of pure consciousness.

Photobook: Where Italy and Europe begin, A rock called Lampedusa by Sonia Fattori and Marta Daneluzzi

The aim of the "Uno scoglio chiamato Lampedusa/A rock called Lampedusa" photographic book with text in both Italian and English, published in June 2022 by San Marco Edizioni (Italy), is a tribute to the beauty of Lampedusa, "o scogghiu", the rock, as its inhabitants affectionately call it, and a thank you for the welcome the two authors, Sonia Fattori (photographs) and Marta Daneluzzi (texts) received.
This is how this project came about, "From the figurative to the abstract", a series of photographs that develops in two stages, confinement and post-confinement, and which attempts to capture how these events changed my way of perceiving reality.

There's no denying that Europe is one of the most beautiful continents in the world. From its rolling hills and picturesque villages to its stunning architecture and works of art, there's no shortage of things to see and do. And, thanks to its convenient location and well-connected transport network, it's easy to get around and explore all that Europe has to offer.
When I began learning Mandarin little did I realize how it would inform my artistic vision. This became evident when I began to experiment with Lumen printing. With the former, I discovered how a seemingly endless permutation of lines, dots, and dashes written within an imaginary square formed meaning through simple and complex forms.

This conceptual portrait series was inspired by the lyrics of the song Mercury by Steve Lacy: "You think I'm two-faced, I can name twenty-three / My layers, all these sides". “An instance of opposition or contrast between two concepts or two aspects of something; a dualism”. Delving into dualism can lead to all sorts of interpretations depending on their context. I wish to keep it simple -in accordance with the definition above. Every day, I am intrigued by the array of contrasting images that I face.
The ephemeral geometries of the shadows, sometimes complex, sometimes simple, exert a great fascination on me such as to push me to deepen this topic and create a project (started in 2019) where the shadows are in a sort of dialogue with the scene, able to free the imagination and create surreal and intangible images.

"As I See It” is a series that examines and reproduces the fact (according to neurological studies I've read) that our brains, as a survival mechanism, can only process a few things at a time.
We had the honor to interview exclusively with the photographer Demi Cauwenbergh, winner of the Rotterdam Photo Best Exhibition Award. A collection of self-portraits that she have made over the course of 5 years, and it is still ongoing. she started making self-portraits in 2017 as a way to be really personal.
Everyone can benefit from having an active lifestyle. Unfortunately, due to the rise of the internet, few people actually have active hobbies anymore, because they spend their time playing games and using social media.
The drying of paddy is the most important part of making rice from raw paddy. In rural India, poor people still follow the manual process of drying raw paddy before taking those dried paddy into husking mill for milling.
Getting into the jungle takes several days; understanding the rhythm of life of the indigenous communities that live there requires much more. During the months that I spent with them, I had the opportunity to contemplate how life is being woven by the skillful hands of indigenous women who, in each backpack and in each seam, express their sadness, joy, hope and frustration.

Not Just a Series of Images is a photographic series that is a cross between a sociological field study and a lyrical fine-art project. The images depict subjectivity in visual truth in both the physical remnants of self-extension and intentional representation of altered claims of truth.
This series envisions young children as contemporary society's superheroes. Superheroes have long occupied a central position in American popular culture. Society turns to superhero narratives in times of unrest as a source of hope.
He discovered architectural photography late in life at the age of 30 when he was living in Guangzhou, China. During his numerous trips around the world, he was able to sharpen his vision and define his artistic style.
My photographs are staged narratives in which I scout for locations, dress my friends and family, then photograph them in a manner that refutes reality.
