Void spaces by Kaushik Dolui

I find the void subjects fascinating and strange, as there is no sense of who they are, but an aspect of them like where they were or what they were doing in the past.

I find the void subjects fascinating and strange, as there is no sense of who they are, but an aspect of them like where they were or what they were doing in the past.

It stays awake in our memory for ever. Here I choose void subjects which are suitable to the idea and the circumstances. I know this world is real but this world is intertwined in some way with a deep sub consciousness. We never notice consciously what we see something   in our daily lives. For the future, memory holds only a vague, something invisible with ambiguity. Simplicity is the key to this series. But that leave us thinking.

Some explanation can be given here. During my photo shoot at a sea coast I aimed my camera lens to a running young boy. He had so much fun taking photos. He started running with different postures by seeing my camera. Later I feel only his motion with a blurred face.  The same thing happens when a boy is running for his own pleasure with a circular tube, some tourists are busy in taking photos/videos, a young man stretched out his both hand by surrendering himself to the sea, an older person walk on seacoast or sitting ideally and keep watching the birds fly away. Now in all cases ,I think the subject is secondary. They all exist in a void spaces but their action comes as a diffused way.

When a lady flies her veil in a large flower garden only one can enjoy the beauty of a butterfly. That is all that remains in one’s memory later. Or a aged lady’s walk away over a light and shade ground. A lonely person is moving forward on a straight road, here one may feel, road’s beauty in the enormity is the primary thing rather than the subject. In this way it can also be thought the horse racing in a vast wilderness. Here the horse is secondary but one can only feel the speed.
