Sensual Fragments is meant to be an ode to sensuality in which the women is displayed in her purest form. As part of a minimalist approach, this series leaves no room for any tricks so as to focus only on the essential.

The choice of black and white reinforces this wish by avoiding the potential distractions of colour.

LESS IS MORE

At a time when the eye is bombarded by excessively retouched imagery and is conditioned to only perceive the dramatic, I invite you to appreciate the authenticity of my photos by tempting to suggest a return to the basics. I do this as a lover of truth. For this purpose, I use no tricks while shooting. A purist, I make exclusive use of natural light while shooting, therefore attempting to reinforce the satisfying mix of emotion and spontaneity.

” The way I live photography is not confined to a technical lexical field. I try to intuitively detect a precise moment, an atmosphere or an emotion. Passionate about sharp contrasts, I only use natural lighting to sublimate my models who are often very expressive.
What predominates the most in my work is my attraction to blacks combined with a strong contrast. I love the fact that from my pictures a dark and tormented side is perceived. Through years and through time my passion has now become my addiction. Guided by this devotion every detail and every moment is immortalized and better relived.
Photography is for me a clear escape, the logical extension of my conception of the real and unreal world surrounding us, which is sometimes idealistic, sometimes nostalgic…” [Official Website]
