“Every road has two directions.”

Ukranian Proverb

Examining life by over-thinking all the various life paths in front of you will always present a scary picture. In this journey over the last few years of your life, you might have been trying to figure out which path to go on. Searching for the directions, you will learn a lot about those factors that lead you to ultimately discover what you think you are meant to do.

As you go through your daily life, notice when you feel most alive, most enthusiastic and most like you’re adding value. Ask yourself what activities present a positive challenge and which make time feel like it’s speeding up.

Surround yourself with supportive People. Through this series I accelerate my mind to think in all probable directions while drawing a line between Thinking and Over-Thinking, leading the process towards :

Thinking

How do I go about changing?

Over-Thinking

What if I can’t do it?
What if I don’t like the things I thought I did?
How can I support myself and do this?
Am I too far along in life to even entertain the idea of changing it?
How can I just walk away from the “security” I have now?

A boat that wanders aimlessly never reaches the shore.

Start with the smallest action you can take today and just do that.
