I´m a Serbian photographer living and working in Dallas, Texas, focusing on architectural photography and abstract structural quotes that reimagine their subjects in playful, dimensionless and disorienting ways.

Each attached photograph is accompanied with a short description and the location where it was taken, offering a direct connection between the unexpected, introspectiveand quiet visual space of the photograph, and the real world of cars, buildings, people and noise in which it exists. This is intended as demystifying tools essential to abstract photography, reminding that these subjects — beautiful or otherwise — are on every corner, in places we visit and places we live in.

My photography has appeared in various galleries, art events, museums, magazines, newspapers, spaces and websites around the world, including Yahoo.com, Dwell.com, Gizmodo, ArchDaily, The Statler Hotel , LensCulture, Fubiz, Dallas Observer, MADI Museum of Geometric Art, and many others. The ephemeral geometries of the shadows, sometimes complex, sometimes simple, exert a great fascination on me such as to push me to deepen this topic and create a project (started in 2019) where the shadows are in a sort of dialogue with the scene, able to free the imagination and create surreal and intangible images.

When in 2000, the palaeontologist Paul Sereno went to look for new dinosaur bones in the Sahara Desert, he did not expect that he would return from there as an archaeologist. Segregation by gender has existed in highly conservative communities for years, in order to raise their children in an isolated environment and away from any sort of sexual relations. But in most cases, this only causes sexual suppression and severe disorders in sexual orientation identification.
