During summer 2013 and 2014 I spent a few weeks in a region in southern germany called Allgaeu. It is a big tourist destination both for summer and winter.

Beside that it mostly kept its beauty and has a lot of untouched and pure landscapes and villages. As most of my pictures I focused on the landscape. I like to go hiking and I capture the landscape that comes across my way. If I have the possibilty I return later to some points to get a different view or feeling like a sunrise or maybe a foggy day. There are always some famous ( and mostly pretty beautiful ) places that I know in advance and I want capture but I try to foucs on what I don´t know yet. I believe that I get the best pictures when the weather turns “bad” and most people stay inside. It gets quiet and it offers views apart from typical postcard motifs. So I hope I can show a variety of views of this beautiful part of germany.

About Fabian Krüger

Beside the motif and the creative point of view I believe that a landscape photography also need a high technical quality. I work with a full format camera, a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, and mostly stitch my pictures to a panorama. So I am able to capture as many details as possible and print images in a large format without losing quality. [Official Website]
