After graduating from ArtCenter College of Design in Los Angeles in the 1970s, he worked as a photo editor for National Geographic magazine. In the early 1980s, he relocated to Anchorage, Alaska, where he spent four decades as Alaska’s premier environmental portrait photographer, creating images for editorial, corporate, and fine art clients. Kyrylo Pecherik | Yellow bus in the grey zone | Kyrylo Pecherik was born in Odesa, Ukraine. His path into photography began during his school years, when he captured everything around him with a phone camera: people, city details, sunrises, and sunsets. After saving enough to buy his first camera, he realized photography could become something greater. Local news outlets soon noticed his work and began publishing his images, which reflected the atmosphere and character of the city. In December 2017, he was invited to work as a photo correspondent for a regional newsroom.

Kseniia Melanina | The power of grace | Kseniia Melanina is a Ukrainian photographer and 3D artist working at the intersection of photography, architecture, and digital art. In 2014, following the occupation of the city by Russia and the resulting security risks, she was forced to relocate to Kyiv.
